The ScandiFlames Altar is a freestanding bioethanol fireplace crafted from durable cast iron, featuring a timeless Scandinavian wood stove design. Its sleek yet classic aesthetic makes it a stylish addition to any home, providing both warmth and ambiance without the need for a chimney or electricity.

Equipped with a 1.5-litre manually operated bioethanol burner, the Altar offers up to five hours of burn time per filling, delivering a maximum heat output of 2.1 kW. The adjustable burner allows you to control the flame size, optimising fuel consumption and heat output to suit your needs.

Functional Design with Practical Features

The Altar’s decorative top enhances its traditional look while offering added functionality. For a more minimalist appearance, the top can be removed, revealing a flat plate beneath that can be used to warm a teapot or similar items.

Durable, Efficient & Perfect for Indoor Spaces

Designed for indoor use, the ScandiFlames Altar measures 49 cm (W) x 42.5 cm (D) x 68.5 cm (H) and weighs 59 kg, ensuring excellent stability and heat retention. The bioethanol burner consumes approximately 0.3 litres per hour, making it an efficient heating solution for rooms of at least 50 m³. With its combination of traditional design and modern eco-friendly technology, the Altar is the perfect centerpiece for any home.
